Christian Serratos (born September 21, 1990 in Pasadena, California) is an American actress. Her TV credits includes a recurring role as Suzie Crabgrass on the Nickelodeon series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. She has had roles on Hannah Montana, 7th Heaven and Zoey 101. She also has co-starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Cow Belles. Serratos recently announced to fans via Myspace, that she was in the studio recording her first album. She also starred in an episode of 7th Heaven called "Broken Hearts and Promises" as a secretary.
